Breakfast bites on the go.

Ingredients

12 Happy Egg Co. eggs

Dash Crystal hot sauce

1 tsp. Frontier Co-op garlic granules

1 tsp. Frontier Co-op onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice

1 cup diced sautéed organic veggies such as bell pepper, mushrooms, spinach, etc.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

In a large bowl beat your eggs. Mix in salt, pepper, hot sauce, garlic granules, & onion powder.

Step 3

Add silicone liners to a muffin tin and spray with cooking spray.

Step 4

Add your toppings into the muffin tins. Add a pinch of cheese to each.

Step 5

Take your egg mixture and pour into each tin about ¾ full.

Step 6

Bake 20 minutes, check, and cook for an additional 5 minutes if needed. A toothpick should come out clean when inserted in the middle.

Step 7

Once cooked, eat immediately or portion out to enjoy for the next few days.
