1 Small organic white onion, peeled and quartered
3 organic garlic cloves
28 oz. Muir Glen organic fire roasted crushed tomatoes with juices
3-4 Tbsp. limejuice (1 1/2 - 2 limes)
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. Frontier Co-op Cumin
1/4 tsp. Wholesome granulated sugar
Handfull of organic cilantro (optional)
1 organic jalepeño (optional)
Step 1
Add onion and garlic to a food processor. Pulse a few times to dice the produce.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, lime juice, salt, cumin, sugar, cilantro, and jalapeño to the food processor.
Step 3
Pulse until you reach your desired consistency.
Step 4
Taste and adjust as needed.
This salsa will keep for 4–5 days in the fridge.
