A summer cookout classic, but vegan.
3 cups shredded organic red cabbage
3 cups shredded organic green cabbage
2 organic carrots, peeled and grated
1/2 cup Follow Your Heart Soy Free Vegenaise
2 Tbsp. Field Day Organic Apple Cider Vinegar or organic lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. Frontier Co-Op Celery Seed
Step 1
In a small bowl, add your mayo, apple cider vinegar, sweetener of choice, salt, and celery seed. Set aside.
Step 2
In another bowl, and your cabbage, and carrots, mix to combine.
Step 3
Pour dressing over, toss to combine.
Step 4
Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for flavors to mend.
